What’s included in your event photography package?
My event packages include full photography coverage (either half-day or full-day), professional editing, and a private online gallery where you can view and download your images. I also offer pre-event consultations to discuss your timeline and any special requests.
How do I book my session?
To book a session, simply reach out through my contact page or email me at truelight.captures@outlook.com. I’ll send over the contract and invoice to confirm your booking. A deposit is required to secure your date.
How long does it take to get our photos?
You can expect your images to be delivered within 2–4 weeks after your event. I carefully edit each photo to ensure it meets the highest standards. For rush requests, expedited editing can be arranged for an additional fee.
Once they are edited, you will receive a private online gallery where you can easily view, share, and download your edited images in high resolution. This makes it simple to access your photos whenever you’d like.
Can i customise my package?
Absolutely! I offer flexible packages to suit your specific event needs. If you need extra hours or additional services, we can work together to create the perfect package for your event. I also offer video services as an add-on to any photography package. This includes highlight reels, full event coverage, and more. Just let me know what you’re looking for, and we can customise your package accordingly.
Do you travel for events?
Yes, I’m available to travel for events. Travel fees may apply depending on the location, so please get in touch for more details.
Can we meet before the event?
Absolutely! I encourage a pre-event consultation to discuss your vision for the event, the timeline, and any specific requests you may have. This is a great time to go over any details, share ideas, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable but will be deducted from your final balance. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event or prior to the event, depending on the arrangement.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking??
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the event, you still may have to pay the deposit.
Can I share my photos on social media?
Absolutely! You are welcome to share your photos on social media. I ask that you credit my work by tagging @truelightcaptures or using the hashtag #truelightcaptures, so others can find my photography.
What happens if my event runs over?
If your event runs longer than expected, I can stay for additional hours. The charge for additional hours will be calculated depending on which package you purchase
